Module Description

This module allows you to create transfer orders for subcontracting work in bulk and allows you to aggregate several subcontracting shipments, relating to the same external production area, in the same transfer order.

Functionality

The "Subcontracting transfer worksheet” page can be reached via the search bar:

In the “Filters” section of the page header, you can filter the lines of the subcontracting orders by:

• Production order
• Third party

After defining any filters, it is necessary to load the cycle lines using the “Update Cycle Lines” function shown in the ribbon bar.

From the list that is displayed, you can activate the “Selected” flag for the rows for which you want to create a transfer order:

Selecting cycle lines for different production areas will create separate transfer orders.

Conversely, by selecting cycle lines relating to the same production area, a single transfer order will be created.

To create transfer orders, simply use the “Create Transfer Order” function in the ribbon bar.

The transfer orders thus created will be visible in the list on the “Transfer orders for work” page.
