Module Description

LocalHub allows you to interact directly with your local computer's file system. This tool allows you to open local files using your PC's default program, without having to download them. LocalHub also allows you to open local folders or launch local programs, even by passing custom startup parameters.

Using the appropriate wizard, each user can download the LocalHub installation kit to install on their computer.

Functionality

LocalHub provides libraries that developers can use to customize their applications. These libraries offer functions that allow you to open local files or folders, or run programs. File paths are encapsulated in specially formatted URLs so that they can be recognized by LocalHub installed on your computer. Instead of opening the URL directly, LocalHub interprets the contents and executes the specified commands.
