View all documents linked to the selected one

Module Description

This module allows you to view all documents linked to the selected one, also providing the option to print and navigate them.

Feature

DocFlow visualizeris present for both sales and purchase modules, on pages:

• Sales quote
• Sales order
• Posted sales shipment
• Posted sales Invoice
• Posted sales credito memo
• Sales return order
• Posted return receipt
• Purchase quote
• Purchase order
• Posted purchase receipt
• Posted purchase invoice
• Posted purchase credit memo
• Posted return shipment
• Purchase return order

Following steps are shown for Sales order, but the process is the same for every document.

In the “home Page” tab, there is the action “Flow visualizer”.

Clicking on ti, all documents related to this sales order will be shown.

Every link beteween the documents is highlighted with an arc.

The document from which you opened the page is darker than the others.

Every nodes contains:

• Document type
• Document No.
• Posting date

There are also two bottons:

• The upper one shows the card of the document
• The othe prints the document selected

Nodes are shown in a fixed position but it can be moved inside the page.
