Module Description

This module allows you to record active and passive orders, invoices and credit notes without generating warehouse movements by quantity and value.

Functionality

Sales order posting

In this chapter the functionality will be shown starting from a sales order, the procedure is also mirrored on the purchase side.

On the header of the sales order, you need to activate the “Without inventory” flag in the “General” tab:

Filling out and registering your order can continue as usual.

Registration will only produce the registered document, sales shipment.

This one will not have any movement connected:

Sales or purchase credit memo posting

In this chapter the functionality will be shown starting from a sales credit memo, the procedure is also mirrored on the purchasing side.

On the header of the sales credit memo, the “Without inventory” flag must be activated in the “General” tab:

By browsing the recorded credit note, it is possible to verify that no item accounting movements and warehouse valuation movements are recorded.
