Module Description

When activated during setup, this feature allows for order maintenance, both on the sales side and the purchase side, if the invoice is recorded directly from the order itself.

Origins Setup

Within the Origins setup, which can be opened via the search bar at the top right, in the Registration tab it is possible to activate the functionality described below separately for the sales side and the purchase side.

The fields that activate the functionality are:

• Sales - Keep Order - Invoice Registration
• Purchase - Keep Order - Invoice Registration

Functionality

The functionality will be displayed on the selling side but can be replicated in a mirrored manner on the purchasing side.

Once the setup is activated, you do not need to perform any further document-level operations.
